Warning signs
These are signs that inform drivers about approaching a section of the road where road users encounter a certain danger, for protection against which certain measures need to be taken.
Most warning signs have a triangular shape, pointed upwards.
The background of the signs is white, with black symbols depicting the hazard, and a red border.
Warning signs are installed 50-100 m before a hazardous section in urban areas, or 150-300 m outside urban areas. If the distance to the hazardous section is different, signs are installed along with additional plates.
